Our Courier

We ship all orders throughout Ireland using An Post, providing a reliable and efficient delivery service.

Please ensure you enter the correct Eircode and delivery address when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or failed deliveries. Cool U cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Enjoy FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over €55.

Shipping costs are calculated after any discount or promotional codes have been applied.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time (Ireland):

1–3 Working Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including adverse weather, public holidays, or postal service delays.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or failure to collect your parcel, and it is returned to us, a €4.70 charge will apply for each return and redelivery.

A secure payment link will be sent by email, and payment must be received before your order is dispatched again.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Every order is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@coolu.shop and include photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging.

Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a suitable resolution.

Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, items must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Have all seals intact and unbroken.
  • Be in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the unused item (subject to the returns conditions above) and place a new order through our website.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While we always strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Postal or courier disruptions
  • Industrial action or strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Public emergencies
  • Any other unforeseen events affecting delivery services

In such circumstances, Cool U shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from delivery delays.
